  1. If your credit card machine is not getting wifi, it is likely that something has come loose in the connection between your credit card machine and your router.
  2. Please check to see that your ethernet cord is plugged in tightly to the first port (the ethernet hole closest to the power cord).
  3. Next, check that the other end of the ethernet chord is plugged into your router.
  4. If you are using a TP link, follow the steps above, and ensure that your TP link is showing a solid green light.
  5. Next, Reboot your credit card machine. The error should be resolved. If the issue persists please call the support team.
